Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG or dairy industry.
- Proven ability to lead a sales team and achieve targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
Job Discription
- Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets for dairy products.
- Plan and execute sales strategies to improve market share and profitability.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and distribution channels.
- Monitor sales performance, customer feedback, and competitor activity.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure smooth product delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with key retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Conduct market surveys and provide reports to management on trends and potential growth areas.
- Implement promotional campaigns and marketing activities in the assigned area.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
