Job Requirements

Must have a bachelor’s degree and other relevant qualifications.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
Have experiences in customer relationship.
Excellent verbal/written communication & interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Must be detail oriented and additional duties as assigned.
Must have at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
Must be able to travel and if necessary.

Job Descriptions

Supervise and lead the insurance sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
Support the Team Leader with underwriting, claim and renewal processes, and all events and campaigns.
Train new and existing sales staff on insurance products, sales techniques, and compliance requirements
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.

Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM

Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
