Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree. (Business, Marketing, or related field)
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales field (2 years in supervisor level
preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Able to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Job Descriptions

Experienced Sales Supervisor specializing in the fashion sector, adept at managing teams, building retailer relationships, and exceeding sales targets through strategic channel management.
Drive sales growth by managing and optimizing both online and offline sales channels to meet overall targets.
Monitor and support the team’s daily and weekly sales activities and Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Focused on acquiring new retail partners for our bag line to accelerate sales growth and ensure sustained company profit.
Develop and implement effective marketing plans and promotional strategies to increase sales performance and and prepare regular reports.
Manage and organize sales reports, stock reports, and promotional plans systematically.
Coach, train, and evaluate team members to improve performance and efficiency.
Handle and resolve sales-related issues and report to management in a timely manner.

Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
