Job Descriptions
Sales Supervisor will lead and manage a team of sales representatives to drive sales and business growth in tools and machinery. This role involves overseeing daily operations, meeting sales targets, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve company targets in tools and machinery.
- Monitor market trends and identify new products/business opportunities.
- Analyze sales data to measure performance and strategize improvements.
- Supervise and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new client accounts.
- Ensure sales operations are efficient and aligned with company standards.
- Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure sufficient stock levels of tools and machinery.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
Jobs Requirements
- Any Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in tools, machinery, or related industries.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Leadership and team management abilities.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales reporting and data analysis.
Working Hour: 8:30 AM To 4:30 PM
Holiday: Sunday & Public Holidays
