Job Description
Arrange and scheduling business meeting, follow up meeting objectives and report to Chairman. Support and prepare data and presentation for the Meeting.
Manage and organize schedules, appointments for Chairman.
Prepare and arranging the reports from each department.
Handle confidential information with description of meeting agendas and minutes.
Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned by Chairman and General Manager.
Working Hour: 9:30 A.M to 5: 30 P.M
Holiday: Sunday and Public Holiday
