Job Descriptions

  • Prepare, organize, and maintain records, correspondence, and meeting documents in both hard and soft copies.
  • Arrange and schedule meetings, take minutes, and distribute them to relevant parties.
  • Draft and edit memos, reports, and official documents as instructed by management.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and incoming/outgoing correspondence professionally.
  • Organize and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Collect and compile departmental reports and submit them accurately and on time.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to management and related departments.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or a related field (preferred).
  • Age 35 to 40 Years
  • Must Have at least 3 to 4 years of experience in a secretary
  • Must be able to travel both domestically and internationally.
  • Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, Internet).
  • Good command of English (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Strong organizational skills and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Patient, detail-oriented, and able to work systematically.

Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:00PM

Holidays: Sunday & Public holiday
