Job Descriptions
- Prepare, organize, and maintain records, correspondence, and meeting documents in both hard and soft copies.
- Arrange and schedule meetings, take minutes, and distribute them to relevant parties.
- Draft and edit memos, reports, and official documents as instructed by management.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and incoming/outgoing correspondence professionally.
- Organize and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Collect and compile departmental reports and submit them accurately and on time.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to management and related departments.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or a related field (preferred).
- Age 35 to 40 Years
- Must Have at least 3 to 4 years of experience in a secretary
- Must be able to travel both domestically and internationally.
- Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, Internet).
- Good command of English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Strong organizational skills and effective communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Patient, detail-oriented, and able to work systematically.
Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public holiday
