Job Responsibility

  • Organice and coordinate Board and Committee meetings, including preparing agendas, meeting schedules, record accurate and detailed minutes of meetings, and follow up on action items.
  • Manage confidential records, including meeting documentation, and correspondence.
  • Facilitate communication between the Board, management, shareholders, and regulators.
  • Administrative support for the company.

 

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
