Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Secretaryship or a related field.
- A minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with a strong emphasis on PowerPoint skills.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- A dynamic, proactive, and motivated individual.
- A positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and develop professionally.
Job Descriptions
- Maintaining MD’s schedules and planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
- Working with secretarial team, providing support when necessary.
- Ensuring all incoming calls are answered quickly, taking clear and accurate messages when necessary.
- Covering dairy management when required, including organizing travel and accommodation and email correspondence.
- Preparing presentation PowerPoint and monthly/ yearly reports as assigned.
- Organizing and maintaining files, records, confidential documents related to the MD’s office
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays : Saturday , Sunday & Public Holidays
Benefit : Ferry will be provided
