Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor’s degree. Business Administration (Diploma / Certificate) is more preferable.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a trading or corporate environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
  • Profeciency in English 4 skills.

Job Descriptions

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO.
  • Manage and organize the CEO’s schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence and documents on behalf of the CEO.
  • Coordinate communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Assist in project coordination and follow-up on action items.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings and follow up on action items
  • Maintain organized records and handle confidential documents.
  • Able to travel if needed.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
