Job Requirements
- Any Bachelor’s degree. Business Administration (Diploma / Certificate) is more preferable.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a trading or corporate environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
- Profeciency in English 4 skills.
Job Descriptions
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO.
- Manage and organize the CEO’s schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence and documents on behalf of the CEO.
- Coordinate communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Assist in project coordination and follow-up on action items.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and follow up on action items
- Maintain organized records and handle confidential documents.
- Able to travel if needed.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
