Job Requirements

Any bachelor’s degree or a related field (preferred).
2 years of experience in security operations, with exposure to managing outsourced/contracted guards.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Knowledge of vendor management, contract compliance, and performance monitoring.
Familiarity with security technologies (CCTV, access control, alarms, visitor management systems).
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to handle incidents calmly and make sound decisions under pressure.
Experience in coordinating with law enforcement and external agencies is an advantage.

Responsibility

Supervise and monitor the performance of outsourced security personnel deployed on-site.
Conduct periodic audits and inspections to verify compliance with security policies, procedures, and contractual standards.
Ensure outsourced teams are trained and aligned with company emergency response and safety protocols.
Investigate and document incidents reported by outsourced security staff and escalate as needed.
Assist in developing and updating security policies, particularly regarding vendor and contractor management.
Monitor security systems (CCTV, access control, alarm systems) and ensure outsourced teams operate them effectively.
Provide input for budgeting, cost control, and optimization of outsourced security services.
Support crisis management and coordinate with vendors during emergencies.
Provide timely reports and updates to General Management on security operations and incidents.

Working Hours: 8:30AM~ 5:30PM

Holidays: One day a week
