Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant located in Yangon. The accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing and analyzing financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Additional day-to-day tasks include reconciling accounts, managing payroll, performing audits, and preparing tax returns. The role requires close collaboration with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years and above Experience in the Accountant role is required.
- Professional certification (LCCI level 3) is a plus.
- Al least (3) years’ experience in financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software/ERP and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:30PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sundays & Public Holidays
