Job Requirements
- B. Com (or) ACCA preferred.
- 5+ years accounting finance experience.
- Experience in the service/ Software solution provide career preferred.
- To preferable accounting software experience.
- Ability to meet assigned deadlines.
- Excellent communication, argumentation and cooperation skills.
- Proficiency with email and Microsoft office application.
Job Descriptions
- Maintain the general ledger and all related accounts with proper documentation and records of all company transactions.
- Review entries to the general and subsidiary ledgers to assure accuracy and compliance with the stablished accounting principles.
- Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
- Process monthly quarterly and year-end closing of the general ledger, including preparation of journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare quarterly year end and comparative financial reports P&L Balance Sheet
- Financial and tax audits.
- Manage all procedure of account receivable and account payable
- Provide financial analysis in such areas as forecasting, budgeting, cost reduction and reviewing operational performance in support of business operations.
- Manage and direct the accounting team through strong leadership skills.
- Perform other accounting duties, as required or requested.
- Accept cash, checks and bank account payment, Maintain office petty cash.
Working Hour: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
