Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Commerce
- Must have 3 years experienced in accounting field.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SQL).
- Good in communication skills and personal skills and leader ship skills.
- Able to work under pressure.
Job Descriptions
- Supervise daily operations.
- Process month-end closings.
- Assist in preparation of reports.
- Check payroll calculation.
- Manage daily bank process including deposit, withdrawal, cheque clearing, CBM net, TT outwards.
- Prepare daily cash management report for submission to Executive Director.
- Submit cash and bank closings to Finance Viber group.
- Process month-end closings that include journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Perform detailed account analysis and prepare notes to the accounts.
- Assist in preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Support data, schedule and documentation for audit and taxation.
- Solve internal audit findings with explanations.
- Mentor junior accountants, assign tasks and lead SQL software implementations.
- Verify HR payroll calculation with attachments and report to HOD.
- Participate in the preparation of monthly incentives disbursement.
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
