Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; ACCA qualification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in construction or interior design projects.
- Strong knowledge of AR/AP, budgeting, cost control, and tax compliance.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Job Description
- Oversee and manage the financial position of all projects within the company.
- Prepare and review budgets, cost analyses, invoices, and subcontractor claims/contracts for construction
- Maintain and update the Suppliers and Clients Operation Master File.
- Manage and control accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) with suppliers and clients.
- Prepare daily AR/AP reports and daily cash budgets.
- Prepare and monitor weekly and monthly cash budgets, ensuring accurate tracking of project expenses.
- Perform bookkeeping duties for all expenses and income related to each project.
- Prepare and generate financial statements for each project.
- Assist with the preparation and submission of commercial tax input/output and related tax matters.
Working Hours: 8:30AM ~ 5:00PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
