Job Requirements

Any Graduate with LCCI Level 3 (UK) or ACCA Part 1 or Bachelor’s degree in accounting (B. Com, B. Acc)
Proficiency in Advanced Excel, and Microsoft Office Word and Any Accounting software
Minimum 3 years of experience in finance and accounting fields with at least 1 years in Senior Accountant position.
Strong knowledge of accounting principle and tax regulations.
Must be able to work long-term in a job.
Excellent negotiation, strong communication skills, interpersonal skills and time management skills.
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Job Description

Manage and maintain accurate general ledger accounts and financial records.
Review entries to the general ledgers to assure accuracy and compliance with the stablished accounting principles.
Handle full set of accounts including Inventory, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and relevant regulations
Process cash deposit, transfer, cash withdrawal, cheque clearance, Payment Order (PO) and Bank Guarantee at Bank.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Preparing Taxation Audit Reports.
Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and tax filings.
Liaising with Tax Offices for tax return submission and tax related matters.

Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
