Job Descriptions

  • Oversee the accuracy and completeness of the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded.
  • Manage the prepare on of journal entries, reconditions, and necessary adjustments to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Supervise the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring melee invoicing and payment collect
  • Manage and record commission income, including commission splits and revenue from policy sales.
  • Conduct credit evaluation of clients and manage the collection process to minimize outstanding debts.
  • Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts, monitoring actual performance against budgets, and reporting variances.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits, providing necessary documental on and support.
  • Prepare and analyze weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring melee delivery and accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards, including GAAP and IFRS.
  • Prepare and file corporate tax returns, ensuring compliance with all tax regulati
  • Mentor and train junior accounting staff, fostering their professional development.

 

 

Job Requirements

 

  • Must have Bachelor degree
  • At least 4 years’ experience in accounting
  • Several years of accounting experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Peachtree), Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret financial data and identify trends.
  • In-depth understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations, including GAAP, IFRS, and corporate tax laws.

 

Working Hours: 9:00AM ~ 5:00PM

Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
