Job Descriptions

 

  • Record daily accounting entries (cash, AP, AR, journal, GL).
  • Maintain and check the cash book and the company’s cash position.
  • Prepare and review the Trial Balance every month.
  • Prepare financial reports: Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with tax rules and company policies.
  • Work with auditors and maintain proper internal controls.
  • Ensure timely posting of collections in SQL accounting software.

 

Job Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree related to finance and accounting.
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in accounting/finance.
  • Must have practical experience in journal entries, trial balance, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in SQL accounting software (preferred) & advanced MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Honest, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a new company setup
  • Manage Stock Taking Process with Inventory Accountants.

 

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Holidays:  Sunday and Public Holidays
