Job Descriptions
- Petty Cash entry and Check balance with cashier for Cash Statement
- Prepare Journal entries for Accrued, Advance & Prepaid and make Adjustment at Cash paid
- make Ratio Adjustment as per sales contribution based on All Ratio
- Current Claim to HO for Jacky Expense and related with HO expense once a month
- Checking Accrued City Mart DI (Delivery Incentive) and Rebate with City Mart Portal
- Prepare Sales Report twice a week and send to CA and Head of Account
- Prepare Sales Report Final once a month and send to CA and Head of Account
- Calculate Monthly Sales Incentive as per Sales Target
- Prepare Advance, Accrued, Other Receivable, Payable for SSB file, sent to CA
- Prepare Monthly Car Repair and Report to CA and HO Account Prepare Monthly A&P expenses and Report to CA and Costing Dept.
- Check MDY Report Advance & Prepayment. Accrued. Other Receivable, Non-current Assets. Debtor report. Sale Report, Inventory Closing Balance.
- Check MDY Sales Incentive
- Check MDY Monthly Report
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting. Finance or a related Field (LCCI (III)-UK)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounting field
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with related teams
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holiday
