Job Requirements

Self-driven individual with a positive mindset.
BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
Professional qualification such as LCCI or CPA, is a plus.
A solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statistics.
Proven experience as a Finance or Accounting personnel.
Prior experience in the Food Manufacturing & Distribution Sector is a plus.
Proficient user of Microsoft Office software.
Experience with Accounting Softwares will be considered a plus.
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Working knowledge of regulations and practices of statutory and tax reporting in Myanmar.

Job Descriptions

Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to BOD on a periodic basis while recommending further courses of action.
Analyze costs, pricing, variable contribution, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the budgets.
Develop trends and projections for the company’s cash flows.
Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
Ensure credits are collected in a timely manner.
Oversee operations of the finance team, set goals and objectives, and develop plans for those to be met.
Prepare the company’s budget.
Maintain the financial health of the organization.
Liaise with auditors to ensure audited financial reports are published within the stipulated time frame.
Liaise with tax officers on a periodic basis to ensure company’s taxes are filed and paid properly and in a timely manner.
Correspond with other departments, to ensure only the best decisions are made and most appropriate actions are taken for the company.
Salary can be negotiated based on experiences.

Working Hour: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
