Job Requirements
Education
- Professional certification such as CPA or ACCA (Part II on progress) is highly preferred (or)
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience relating to journal entries, financial statements, and/or tax filings, etc Proficiency in accounting software, MS Excel, and other oice applications Team player, detail-oriented, and with high level of accuracy Must be able to do well in data analysis, documentation, reconciliation, and reporting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in English language (both written and verbal) is preferred
Job Description
- Check the suppliers’ accreditation form (media suppliers) except procurement
suppliers - Check and prepare AP and AR vouchers for TVC, Outdoor, Internet Media Payment
to suppliers - Prepare the monthly Journal entry for TVC, Outdoor, Internet media payment
- Check and verify the actual with media plan for All Media Advertising
- Involve in Special project regarding accounting innovation & process improvement
- Participating at Finance Academy as a facilitator
- Prepare the requirement document for Internal & External Audit
- Monitor the Balance Sheet item (monthly)
- Prepare the Updated Government Tax information and share to Accounting team
- Prepare the monthly Bank reconciliation
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time
- Prepare new policies and modify current policies together with Accounting Team
- Check and review the casual salary monthly which sent from HR and respective
division - Involve in physical count and reconcile CAPAX every year
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays
