Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree / (sometimes high school with experience is acceptable).
  • Basic knowledge of industrial operations is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Knowledge of inventory, purchase orders,
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

 

 

Job Descriptions

  • Provide direct assistance to the Admin Manager in supervising and guiding administrative staff.
  • Coordinate and execute daily administrative tasks to ensure seamless office operations and a high level of efficiency.
  • Offer comprehensive support to the Admin Manager in the supervision of kitchen, cleaning, and driver staff, as and when required.
  • Assist in ensuring the proper maintenance and upkeep of company facilities, including managing office supplies and monitoring utilities
  • Actively help coordinate repairs, equipment servicing schedules, and general upkeep activities for both the processing plant and office areas.
  • Support the management and monitoring of office supplies, equipment inventory, and maintenance schedules under the direct guidance of the Admin Manager.
  • Support the purchasing processes for kitchen materials and various local purchases, including stationery and cleaning supplies.
  • Aid in ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations by actively monitoring and reporting any potential issues or concerns.
  • Assist in the preparation of administrative reports for management review by accurately gathering, compiling, and organizing relevant data.
  • Provide essential support in customer and vendor communications, which may include drafting correspondence, handling routine inquiries, and ensuring clear communication flow.

 

 

Working Hours: 8:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM
Holidays:  Saturday (Alternate), Sunday & Public Holidays
