Job Requirements
- Tech or B.Arch from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in architectural design, specifically within a construction company.
- High proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and Lumion.
- Extensive knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and project management principles.
- Deep understanding of local building codes, urban planning regulations, and legal standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions on-site.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for dealing with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of successfully completed construction projects.
Job Descriptions
- Lead and manage the architectural design process from initial concept to final project completion.
- Collaborate closely with structural engineers, MEP engineers, and construction managers to ensure design feasibility.
- Develop comprehensive architectural plans, blueprints, and 3D models using industry-standard software.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, fire regulations, and safety standards.
- Review and approve construction documents, material specifications, and project schedules.
- Lead client meetings to gather requirements, present design concepts, and provide project updates.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, resolve on-site design issues, and ensure quality control.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to5:00PM
Holidays: Sunday and Public Holiday
