Job Requirements
- Any Graduate and ACCA Part (1).
- Must have 3 years’ experience in related field.
- Must have knowledge Accounting Software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Must be able to travel.
Job Descriptions
- Prepare the audit plan with a schedule and send it to the manager for review.
- Collect the required data and documents for the audit process by dealing with accountants.
- Check the cash book and general ledger with documents and software (SQL).
- Check the budget and actual expenses. Ensuring expense payments are based on budget and management’s approval.
- Inspect incomes and expenses are attached to related internal forms with step-by-step approvals and evidence.
- Inspect inventory transitions by inventory ledger Excel, PO, Good Received Notes, Good Issued Notes,
- Internal Service Request Forms, Transfer forms, Work Orders, Service and Sales invoices, and Payment
- Request Forms and Attachments (Supplier Invoices).
- Check Monthly Inventory Balances of YGN (HO & MNM) & MDY Offices.
- Check monthly cash denominations at the Head office.
- Check Monthly and quarterly ground stock checking for spare parts inventory and fixed assets (travel to branches as needed.)
- Investigate fraud as required.
- Prepare audit findings with evidence based on improvement, governance, risk, and compliance with rules and regulations based on the company’s policies.
- Follow up audit findings and record corrections by auditees.
- Performing other related work as assigned by the manager.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
