Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
5+ years in auditing, construction finance, cost control, or project management.
Professional certifications such as CPA or ACCA (Part II) are preferred.
Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and audit/project management software.
Knowledge of construction project life cycles, procurement, and cost accounting.
Excellent communication and report writing skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ethical judgment and integrity.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with project teams.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Must have good interpersonal skills

Job Descriptions

Review contractor invoices, claims, change orders, and progress billings for accuracy and compliance with contracts.
Verify project budgets, cost allocations, and payment applications.
Ensure compliance with contract terms, building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
Audit procurement processes, subcontractor agreements, and vendor payments.
Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
Identify potential financial, operational, and compliance risks in construction projects.
Prepare audit reports with findings, analysis, and recommendations.
Follow up on corrective action plans and report to Finance Director and BOD.

Working Hours: 8:30AM ~ 5:00PM

Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
