Job Descriptions
- Stock Count on inventory by using Qty & Ground Physical Qty Q+
- Stock Count on Inventory Receipt and check with Invoice & Packing list
- Participate in Monthly Stock Count audit, Location by Location as a Hybrid Team member
- Monitor & track Inventory movement and prepare inventory ageing reporting focus on Inventory on hand, Inventory reserves, sensitive inventory movements and associated inventory variances
- Liaise with external supplies, vendors and customers for surprise checking Product Cust
- Acting as a key contributor during the monthly dosing cycle reconciliation for inventory discrepancies
- Participating in the development of internal controls, continuous process improvements, compliance of internal controls and to support head of auditor
- Flexibility to handle a range of tasks
- Report Daily Count of inventory in Google Sheet, Excel
- Report Weekly Report Audit Finding, Suggestion, Compliance Procedure & Process of Operation Team
- Report Other Report Locabonal Report & ERP software User Report
Audit Planning and Execution:
- Assist in developing and implementing audit plans and procedures.
- Conduct audits to assess the effectiveness of retail operations, policies, and procedures.
- Gather and analyze data, including compliance Information
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions
Supervision and Training:
- Allocate work to junior audit team members and provide on-the-job training
- Review the work of junior team members and provide constructive feedback
- Ensure that work undertaken on site is in accordance with the approved plan and budget
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures. identify and assess potential risks within the retail environment
- Help to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies with the head of the Audit
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 6:00PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holiday
