Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3 years’ experience in Internal Control, Internal Audit, or Risk roles
- Experience in operations, trading, or manufacturing preferred
- Able to travel as per company requirements
Job Description
- Document end-to-end business processes
- Identify key risks and design mitigating controls
- Prepare and maintain Risk & Control Matrices (RCMs)
- Perform control walkthroughs and reviews
- Review SOPs and recommend control improvements
- Monitor and follow up on corrective action plans
- Assist in management reporting on control issues
- Provide guidance to process owners on control requirements
- Promote internal control awareness across departments
- Strong process and risk analysis skills
- Good documentation and report writing
- Effective communication and coordination
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
