Job Description

  • Train and supervise all branch employees. Conduct performance evaluations and manage disciplinary actions as necessary. Lead all section heads of supporting teams to achieve specific goals.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service by addressing customer needs and resolving issues promptly. Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  •  Execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve store sales targets. Organize promotional events and manage advertising efforts in collaboration with Marketing team.
  •  Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, staff scheduling, delivery service and financial reporting
  • Manage the store budget, monitor sales performance, and ensure accurate financial reporting. Conduct regular audits to maintain inventory accuracy and financial integrity.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Maintain a safe and clean store environment for both employees and customers in accordance with store checklist.
  • Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, along with updated progress reports and customer feedback.
  •  Engage with customers and suppliers as needed to support operational activities.
  • Oversee and engage in seasonal sales promotions, activities, and in-store events.
  • Take action on ad-hoc activities assigned by Senior Management.
  • Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays as needed.

 

Job Requirements

  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage a diverse team. Ability to make informed decisions and solve problems efficiently
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle complaints and provide solutions that enhance customer satisfaction
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with staff, customers, and management effectively
  • Familiarity with retail management software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Reporting skills are integral to the role of this position and enabling them to effectively oversee branch operations, drive performance improvements, and contribute to strategic planning.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is highly preferred, although significant retail experience may be considered as a substitute.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a retail environment, with a proven track record of managing store operations and achieving sales targets

 

Working Hours: 8:00AM – 5:00PM

Holidays: One Day Per Week
