Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical/ Mechanical)
- Age between (28) to (40) years
- At least (5) years of MEP design experiences
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM and other drafting software
- Strong understanding of MEP systems
- Familiar with building regulations and code of practices from authorities
- Familiar with high-rise building design and installation
- Excellent Leadership Skills
- Effective Communication and Teamwork Skills
- Good Attitudes and Adaptability in Workplace
Job Responsibilities
- To collect information of drawings and design standards from Client/ Archi
- To do draft design agreements & design quotation submissions
- To do the processes of design contracts and agreements
- Liaises with design team and monitor for targets, submission deadlines and design schedule
- Liaises with QS team for design concept, clarification on VE materials and estimated quantity
- Liaises with project team during construction stage for shop drawings, as-built drawings and VO
- Liaises with Management to report design concept, design development and drawing submission status
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
