Job Requirements
- Any Graduate (or) Diploma in Digital Marketing ရှိရမည်။
- Digital Marketing နှင့်ပတ်သက်ပြီး လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံအနည်းဆုံး (၂ )နှစ်ရှိရမည်။
- Microsoft Word, Excel နှင့်တခြား Digital Marketing Tools များကိုကျွမ်းကျင်စွာအသုံးပြု တတ်ရမည်။
- Content Creation, Video Editing, Page များ စာပြန်ခြင်းတို့တွင် အတွေ့အကြုံ ရှိရမည်။
- Social Media Trend နှင့် Technology အတွေ့အကြုံရှိရမည်။
- Leadership Skill နှင့် Team Management အတွေ့အကြုံရှိရမည်။
- Must be a good communicator.
Job Descriptions
- Social Media Platform များကိုကျွမ်းကျင်စွာအသုံးပြုတတ်ပြီး စနစ်တကျစီမံခန့်ခွဲနိုင်ရမည်။
- Social Platform တွေမှာ engagement ရဖို့နဲ့ Brand visibility တိုးတက်ဖို့အတွက် Marketing Strategy ဆွဲပေးနိုင်ရမည်။
- Digital Marketing Campaign များအတွက်ဆန်းသစ်သော idea များပေးနိုင်ပြီး လစဥ် Digital Marketing Reports ကိုအချိန်မီပေးပို့နိုင်ရမည်။
- Monthly, Weekly Digital Marketing Plan & Manage လုပ်နိုင်ပြီး Management သို့ Report တင်ပြရမည်။
- Chat Box များတွင်မေးမြန်းလာသော Customer များ၏လိုအပ်ချက်များကို Management များနှင့် ချိတ်ဆက်ပြီး ပြည့်စုံစွာပြန်လည်ဖြေကြားပေးနိုင်ရမည်။
- Competitor Analysis & Market Trend Monitoring ကောင်းစွာလုပ်နိုင်ရမည်။
- Content Creation အားကောင်းစွာလုပ်နိုင်ပြီး content calendar များ တည်ဆောက်နိုင်ရမည်။
- Digital Marketing Team ကို ဦးဆောင်ပြီး Training & Mentoring ပေးနိုင်ရမည်။
- Market Trend, Competitor Activity များကို လေ့လာပြီး Strategy ပြောင်းလဲတိုးတက်အောင်ပြု လုပ်နိုင်ရမည်။
- Teamwork ဖြင့်အလုပ်လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည့်အပြင် Management နှင့် HOD၏လမ်းညွှန်ချက် များကိုလိုက်နာရမည်။
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (half) , Sunday & Public Holidays
