Job Requirements

Matriculation Certificate or Bachelor’s degree in related field.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in Sales & Marketing field.
Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
A team player and ability to work independently.
Results-driven with a customer-centric mindset.
Willingness to travel to different locations.
Possess driver or motorcycle license for commute outside of Ayeyarwady Region.
Salary is up to 4L depending on experience.

Job Descriptions

Provides service to customers’ changing insurance needs by selling the right insurance product.
Establishes productive working relationships with customers.
Develops base for long-term sources of customers and compiles lists of prospects customers.
Completes coverage by delivering policy, planning future follow-up visits, and evaluations of needs of customers.
Updates job knowledge by participating in training sessions provided by company, maintaining
personal networks, and participating in both external and internal events to promote branding and sales performance of the company.
Responsible for Life Planner recruitment and onboarding.
Monitor continuously and daily management of the activity and sales performance of Life Planners.
Report timely information and updates in the market to the management and share with the team
members
Act as the first line of defense and escalate challenges and compliance issues to line manager.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
Benefit: Salary + Incentive + Transportation Allowance
