Job Description
• Provide creative direction and guiding junior designers in
conceptualizing and executing design projects.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand overall business goals and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Contribute to the evolution of the brand guidelines and design principles.
• Manage complex design projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time.
• Spearhead the ideation and creation of innovative design concepts that align with business objectives and resonate with the target audience
• Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate cutting-edge design techniques into projects.
• Conduct thorough reviews of design work to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality, aligns with brand guidelines, and effectively communicates the intended message.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and vendors, to understand their design requirements and expectations.
Job Requirements
• Any degree holder
• Certificate in Graphic Design is a must.
• Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and a strong design aesthetic.
• Minimum 2 – 3 years experienced in a graphic design role, with a strong portfolio
of diverse design projects.
• Prefer working experience in the Marketing Agency.
• Advanced proficiency in graphic design software and tools, especially Adobe Creative
Suite. (Adobe photoshop, illustrator, aftereffect, media encoder).
• Strong time management and project management skills.
• Exceptional conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Willing to learn new things and strongly believe in lifelong learning• Good at English skills in both written and verbal
• Good teamwork and Good interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills with positive attitudes
• Can-do attitude
• Able to work under pressure
• Ability to travel
