Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field Professional HR / Compensation & Benefits Certification (SHRM, CIPD, etc.)
- Age Between 30 -40 Years.
- Microsoft, Excel, Power Point ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
- HR field တွင်အနည်းဆုံး (၆)နှစ် PMS, Performance Management သို့မဟုတ် Compensation & Benefits ဆိုင်ရာ အတွေ့အကြုံရှိရမည်။
- Multi-branch Organization များကို PMS & C&B System Support ပေးဖူးသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Company ၏ Performance-driven Culture ကို တည်ဆောက်နိုင်ရန် Performance Management System (PMS) ကို မဟာဗျူဟာကျစွာ ဦးဆောင် အကောင် အထည်ဖော်ခြင်း၊ ဝန်ထမ်းများ၏ လစာနှင့် အကျိုးခံစားခွင့်များကို Market Competitive နှင့် Internal Equity ရှိအောင် စီမံခန့်ခွဲခြင်းတို့ကို HR Manager ၏ ညွှန်ကြားချက်အောက်တွင် တာဝန်ယူ ဆောင်ရွက်ရပါသည်။
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
