Job Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience or relevant certification/degree in HR.
- Required to have In-depth knowledge of HR Management, Administration & Compliance policies/procedures for labor law, SSB, PIT etc. Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English & Myanmar.
- Proficient in MS Office & have good presentation skills.
- Strong organization, administration & leadership skills. Must be proactive & work Independently.
- Must be able to work under pressure.
Job Descriptions
- Design & Implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment.
- Develop compensation & benefit plans.
- Support, suggest & carry out Improvements to the recruitment process.
- Organize learning & development programs.
- Ensure all departments comply with SOPs and KPIs set by the company. Track dally attendance, leave & absences and report to the BOD.
- Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations.
- Ensure any employee requests and/or grievances are handled in a timely manner. Oversee & discuss staff career development paths with Department Heads.
- Provide occasional assistance with administrative matters as needed.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:30PM
Holidays : Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
