Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree (HR, Business, Management or relevant). Master degree prefer.
- Solid understanding of HR operations and labour compliance basics.
- Comfortable with HR documentation, reporting, and process improvement.
- 5–8 years HR experience with strong exposure to HR operations.
- HR Operations Control: Ability to oversee daily HR functions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Documentation & Reporting: Skilled in maintaining employee records, preparing HR reports, and ensuring compliance. Good in analytical skill and logical thinking.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and maintain positive relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to mediate conflicts, handle disciplinary matters with fairness, and foster open communication channels.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset to identify HR challenges and implement practical solutions.
- Capable of presenting HR updates and recommendations clearly to management and staff.
- Experience in supervising 3–4 reporting staff, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Ability to delegate tasks effectively while ensuring accountability and timely completion.
- Motivating and developing team members to enhance productivity and professional
growth.
Job Descriptions
- Oversee end-to-end HR processes including recruitment support, onboarding, attendance tracking, payroll coordination, and employee records management.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in HR documentation, contracts, and compliance reporting.
- Continuously review and improve HR workflows to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
- Implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with Head of HR/Admin directives.
- Monitor compliance with labour laws and company regulations, ensuring risk-free HR operations.
- Maintain and update HRIS/HR systems to support data-driven decision-making.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Support disciplinary processes with fairness and transparency.
- Drive internal communication initiatives to strengthen engagement, collaboration, and company values.
- Manage and mentor a team of 3–4 HR members, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management and feedback.
- Delegate tasks effectively while ensuring accountability and timely completion.
- Encourage professional growth and skill development within the HR team.
- Facilitate clear communication between management and employees, ensuring alignment on HR policies and practices.
- Proactively identify HR challenges and propose practical, sustainable solutions.
- Mediate conflicts and promote constructive dialogue to maintain harmony across departments.
- Present HR updates, reports, and recommendations to senior management in a clear and actionable manner.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 6:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Alternative), Sunday & Public Holidays
