Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for junior to mid-level positions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
- Organize employee engagement initiatives.
- Support performance appraisal processes and provide guidance on career development.
- Maintain HR databases and generate reports on turnover, recruitment metrics, etc.
Requirements
- Any related bachelor’s degree or diploma.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and recruitment trends.
- Salary is up to 12L depending on experience.
