Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience in interior design, construction, and furniture production.
Experience with AutoCAD and SketchUp in a production environment.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining company quality standards.
Ability and desire to create multiple construction and joinery detail drawings.
Capability to work under pressure to meet project targets and deadlines.
Proficiency in English communication skills is an advantage.
Salary is 16Lks to 25Lks depending on experience.

Job Descriptions

Prepare as-built drawings, construction documents, and update drawings as needed; integrate with MEP and subcontractor drawings for submission.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of design concepts, material knowledge, furniture detailing, and joinery details.
Apply design layout experience in interior design and furniture production work.
Identify and rectify discrepancies between design concepts and construction drawings.
Provide assistance to the Project Coordinator, project teams, and other team members during the construction phase of projects.
Collaborate effectively with other departments within the company.
Utilize AutoCAD (2D/3D), SketchUp, and Revit proficiently.
Create additional joinery detail drawings and detailed layouts and plans prepared by others for construction work.
Establish detailed programs for coordinating site activities.
Implement work control systems to ensure performance standards, quality, cost, and safety are met.
Consult with stakeholders such as architects, interior designers, quantity surveyors, and team members.
Liaise with the Project Coordinator and other team members to ensure timely delivery of construction drawings, joinery details, and submission works while maintaining high technical standards.

Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:30PM
Holidays : Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
