Job Descriptions

Maintain all inventory movement.
Record Inventory moving transaction Entry in the System (GRV/GIV/Sale & Purchase Invoice/ under-processing goods).
Checking the inventory report prepared by the inventory accountant.
Lead stock count process.
Planning and forecasting the ordering of inventory items such as stock, equipment, and parts.
Monitoring inventory levels and planning delivery schedules.
Responsible for handling inventory, Fixed Assets & other related goods.
Another task assigned by the Account Manager & Sr. Accountant

Job Requirements

Accounting Graduate or Any Graduate & LCCI Level III (Exam Pass).
Able to use Computer Word, Advanced Excel & Internet, Email
3 years of experience in Inventory account on the ground & data entry in System Software, Microsoft Excel (Advanced).
Able to use SQL Accounting Software

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Holidays: Sunday and Public Holidays
