Job Requirements

B. Com/ B.Act (or) LCCI level-3 passed
Age between 25 years and 30 years old
At least (3) years’ experience in accounting and stock management
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel), SQL accounting software
Must be active, initiative
Accurate and precise attention to detail
Good organizational, communication, and time management, judgement skills
Able to work under pressure and overtime if necessary

Job Description

Enter inventory data in excel & SQL accounting software daily
Keep track of inventory and supplies that need restocking
Ensure supplied stocks meet demand
Prevent overstocking and ordering
Create and maintain detailed inventory data of all incoming, outgoing, and current supplies
Prepare inventory for deliveries
Compile reports inventory and supply balances
Make note of damaged inventory
Track and ensure deliveries are received
Alert to management when another inventory impairment indicator is identified
Detailed reconciliation from count sheets through to General ledger stock accounts
Ensure inventory adjustment is approved follow COA and properly documented
Another task is assigned by the superior

Working Hour : 9:00A.M to 5:00P.M
Holiday : Sunday and Public Holidays
