Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree more prefer in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
At least 5 years’ experience in a technical role.
Knowledge of network hardening, software installation, desktop/network/system set-up, troubleshooting, backup, recovery, and maintenance.
Hands-on experience with computer networks, and network installation.
Strong technical knowledge of Firewalls, Routers, Servers, Storage, wireless devices, etc.
Knowledge of VMWare, Microsoft Windows Infrastructure Management, Security, Network, and Cloud operations.
Experience in troubleshooting ERP, POS software
Must be good in reporting skill
Strong interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills
Must be organized and attentive to detail
Able to work under pressure and can travel if needed

Job Description

Configure & Install various network devices and services (e.g., Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Load Balancer, VM Level Servers, VPNs, QoS).
Maximizes performance by troubleshooting network problem, outages & scheduling updates.
Collaborates with network architects on network Optimization.
Implementation Disaster Recovery procedures.
Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operation systems, application software and system management tools.
Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
Provides training and support to personal
Conduct regular meetings with Vendors to ensure clarification & meet specific requirements in a timely manner.
Strong time management & analyst skills.
Track performance & analyze the completion of key goals.

Working Hour : 8:30A.M to 5: 30P.M
Holiday : Sunday & Public Holidays
