Job Requirements

ဘွဲ့ Any graduate with Diploma or Certificate with relevant subjects in IT or equivalent
Must be Certified to have A+ and Network+, MTCNA, MCSA, Linux, and CCNA (Cisco)
2-3 years of relevant experience in managing LAN and WAN networks, involving devices such as Routers, Switches, Wireless Routers, Access Points, and Backup servers.
Good at English skills in both written and verbal
Good teamwork and Good interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills with positive attitudes
Can-do attitude
Able to work under pressure
Availability to travel

Job Descriptions

Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, Office network devices including routers, and switches.
Daily Monitoring, managing, and maintaining computer systems, office network, and office devices.
Daily monitoring and troubleshooting of the Digital out of Home errors (On-site fixing)
Solving problems for users with remote software
Responding to service issues and requests in a timely manner.
Lead and troubleshoot system, network, and office CCTV problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
Research new products, new technologies evaluation
Available to travel for the Digital out of Home Projects
Assisting to Network and Infrastructure Manager for Network implementation and maintenance
Supporting the employees whenever they encounter challenges with computer and network devices.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
