Job Description
- Lead and manage client relationships, serving as a strategic partner to clients on their advertising and marketing initiatives.
- Handle client requests, resolve issues, manage client’s needs and expectations, and maintain positive working relationship.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging advertising technologies, providing thought leadership to clients.
- Develop and execute comprehensive advertising and marketing plan, including media planning, creative concepts, and campaign execution.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations to optimize advertising strategies.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, objectives, and challenges and provide tailored solutions.
- Provide guidance to Account Executives and junior team members in managing client accounts and projects.
- Assist Account Manager in the development of proposals, presentations, and pitches for new business opportunities.
- Contribute to the growth and success of the agency through client retention and business expansion.
Job Requirement
- Any Bachelor Degree.
- Degree in Marketing Business Management / Administration is an advantage.
At least 2 – 3 years of experience specialized in Marketing or Advertising. - Can communicate in English fluently.
- Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office, Power Points, Business and communication tools.
- Negotiate depends on experience and skill.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday
