Job Description

Lead and manage client relationships, serving as a strategic partner to clients on their advertising and marketing initiatives.
Handle client requests, resolve issues, manage client’s needs and expectations, and maintain positive working relationship.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging advertising technologies, providing thought leadership to clients.
Develop and execute comprehensive advertising and marketing plan, including media planning, creative concepts, and campaign execution.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations to optimize advertising strategies.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, objectives, and challenges and provide tailored solutions.
Provide guidance to Account Executives and junior team members in managing client accounts and projects.
Assist Account Manager in the development of proposals, presentations, and pitches for new business opportunities.
Contribute to the growth and success of the agency through client retention and business expansion.

Job Requirement

Any Bachelor Degree.
Degree in Marketing Business Management / Administration is an advantage.
At least 2 – 3 years of experience specialized in Marketing or Advertising.
Can communicate in English fluently.
Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office, Power Points, Business and communication tools.
Negotiate depends on experience and skill.

Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday
