Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven 3years experience in a senior marketing role, demonstrating successful development and execution of marketing strategies.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of the overall marketing strategy in alignment with company goals
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for
Growth. - Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (online and offline) to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling marketing collateral.
- Oversee the digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize digital marketing efforts
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
- Collaborate with design teams to maintain and enhance brand identity
- Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Communicate marketing initiatives and provide necessary support to ensure successful implementation.
- Performance Metrics:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of marketing campaigns.
- Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on marketing performance.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (half) & Sunday, Public Holidays
