Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Must be between 35 and 45 years of age.
• Experience: Minimum 8–10 years in marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior managerial position covering trade, brand, and promotional marketing.
• Strong leadership and team management.
• Budgeting, ROI analysis, and financial acumen.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Knowledge: Trade marketing, brand building, market research, promotions/events, and regulatory compliance.

Job Descriptions

• Develop and monitor marketing budget including expenditures and return on investment for key activities.
• Complete marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results and assigned tasks.
• Provide short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
• Analyse and report to Assistant Head of Marketing for the trade discount scheme and other consumer promotion activities. (UTC, Cash Envelope, MOFT promotion and other events/activations).
• Check and evaluate all monthly reports from all respective Managers (Brand, Trade, Excecutional Excellence & Administration).
• Work in conjuction with the respective sales BU Head on driving acceleration the brand growth and working towards arresting the declined in sales if any brands.
• Interface with suppliers to ensure that the routine and requested information is supplied in a timely manner.
• Ensure to meet with the suppliers to negotiate the price as required and report to Head of Marketing along with the quotations.
• Evaluate departmental manpower needs and overall organizational structure.
• Maintain marketing employees’ job results by counselling and disciplining; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Maintain marketing employees by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Make sure for each team member follows the JD’s and perform their tasks on a daily basis, manage and encourage the staff’s growth and development.
• Maintain research database by identifying and assembling marketing information. Evaluate the UTC redemption tracker,
• Cash Envelope tracker and other promotional campaigns from LMBU & UMBU Finance departments.
• Evaluate the trade discount scheme and other consumer promotion activities. (UTC, Cash Envelope, MOFT promotion and other events/activations).
• Work closely with BWI sales team for checking, evaluating & monitoring all MKT promotional support and brand health.
• Ensuring all relevant reports (consumer promotions/ campaigns/ events) are accurate and sent ON TIME to HOD.
• Prepare and check all the approval memos from all respective Managers (Brand, Trade, Excecutional Excellence & Administration).
• Coordinate with other respective departments for any departmental issues. Ensure compliance with all Company procedures and governmental regulations.

 

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday,Sunday & Public Holiday Off
