Job Requirements

At least Degree Holder, preferably Computer Science or related Degree
Above 5-6 years of professional experience in .NET Core, C#, REST APIs
Hands-on experience with device integration protocols (Serial, TCP/IP, IoT)
Solid database skills (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or equivalent).
Experience with cloud (Azure/AWS), caching (Redis), and message queues(RabbitMQ/Kafka)
Leadership skills: mentoring, architecture, and project ownership
Strong knowledge of SQL Server/PostgreSQL and ORM tools (EF Core, Dapper)

Good debugging and performance optimization skills.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced project
Understanding of MVC design patterns
Experience web application development with ASP.NET framework
Equipped with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery, Angular JS and Bootstrap
Knowledge in Report Generation in PDF, Word and Excel format
Experience with MySQL/MSSQL database server, Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages, Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system, working with remote data via JSON, XML and REST
Experience in version control tool especially git

Job Description

Lead backend development of the ticketing system using .NET Core and C#
Design and implement real-time APIs and services
Develop and integrate device communication modules
Architect solutions for high availability, performance, and security in ticketing
transactions
Guide mid-level and junior developers through mentoring, code reviews, and best
practices
Collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes, and cloud hosting
Optimize relational databases (SQL Server/PostgreSQL) for real-time operations.
Implement event-driven and real-time communication services
Write clean, testable code with unit and integration tests
Collaborate with senior developers on system design and problem-solving
Write unit tests and assist in debugging device communication and APIs
Document features, device protocols, and system modules
Designs, builds and maintains applications for the web platform, APIs
Strong technical, analysis and troubleshooting skill
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Work with outside data sources and API’s
Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
Able to work under minimal supervision and tight timeline
Able to do overtime based on urgent project timeline
A positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skill, good team worker
