ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- The key responsibilities are to:
- Developing and implementing an annual work plan, budget plan and timelines based on the deliverables of the project.
- Liaising and coordinating between various functions to acquire information for monthly reports, analysis and updates on financial performance and market information.
- Developing an understanding of the existing business (including products/services, customers, competitors, the overall market and trends) through careful research and analysis
- Track performance, identify the reasons for variance from plan discuss with business for mitigation plan and present to management
- Updating and checking of regular reports with information gathered from all internal stakeholders.
- Reviewing and analyzing the reports of the industry and take out comparative results.
- Checking and consolidating regular market updates from internal stakeholders and the web.
- Organizing and safekeeping of corporate planning materials and documents.
- Leading and supporting cross functional projects as necessary.
- Organizing strategic planning, alignment of all key business functions to the organizational strategy
- Supporting CEO to develop company strategies.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Additional related duties as assigned by CEO.
- Ability to travel locally as required.
- Salary 25L to 30L depends on experience and skills.
REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience
- MBA or equivalent degree in business, project management, economics.
- Minimum (5) years of work experience in an equivalent role.
- Have experience in agriculture industry is preferred.
Knowledge and Skills
- Strong command of English and Myanmar languages, both written and spoken.
- Excellent Microsoft Office especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Exceptional organizational skills to follow up on all issues related to Planning.
- Project management, problem solving, and team collaboration.
- Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, dealing, and communication skills.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
