Job Descriptions
- Monthly Claim ကို Verify လုပ်ပေးနိုင်ရမည်။
- FIDIC Report Contract ကို နားလည်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- ချုပ်ဆိုပြီးသော စာချုပ်အဟောင်းမျာကို လေ့လာနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- VO ကိစ္စများကို စာရွက်စာတမ်းပြုစုနိုင်ရမည်။
- Contractor Quotation များကို စစ်ဆေးကိုင်တွယ်နှိုင်းယှဉ်ရမည်။
- Contract Management ကို နားလည်ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
- Operation Team , Management Team, Consultant Team တို့နှင့် ကောင်းမွန်စွာ ဆက်သွယ်ပြောဆိုနိုင်ရမည်။
- Developer မှ အခါအားလျော်စွာ ပြုလုပ်သော မီတင်များကို တက်ရောက်နိုင်ရမည်။
- Developer ၏ Decision Changes များကို လိုက်ပါဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
Job Requirements
- Bachelors’ degree required BE (Civil))
- At least 5 years’ experience in construction field as QS Engineer.
- Proficient in AutoCAD 2D, 3D and Estimate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Words, Office, Excel and Internet, Email.
- Good in personal skills and communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
