Job Requirements
- BE/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in related field.
- Proven experience as a QS Engineer in Residential and Infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of tender processes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Excellent communication skills for client and team coordination.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform quantity take-off and prepare detailed cost estimates for Residential Buildings (Structural Works) & Infrastructure projects.
- Handle tender competitions for Public Company Projects.
- Prepare Invoices, claims and Purchase Order (PO) for site materials.
- Attend meetings with clients and Main Contractors.
- Collaborate closely with site engineers to ensure project alignment.
- Utilize AutoCAD (Intermediate level) for technical drawings and measurements.
Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:30PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
