Job Requirement
- B.E (Civil) or GTI (Civil)
- At least 5-years experiences in related field.
- Must have foreign project experience.
- Must be able to communicate with Chinese both written, spoken and also typing skill with Chinese.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software & Auto Cad software knowledge.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experienced in Quantity Surveying.
- Fluent in Chinese Language Skill is Essential for the above position.
Job Description
- Prepare and calculate bill of quantities for site work done.
- Value completed work and prepare I P C (Interim Progress Claim) monthly.
- Collect site progress photos and submit monthly report.
- Liaise with client, main contractor, and subcontractors.
- Assist manager for QS related tasks & Documents.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: One day per week
