Job Requirements
- B.E (Civil) or Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years in general construction & Steel estimating experience, financial knowledge, or related field
- Strong knowledge of construction cost estimating, cost planning, and value engineering principles.
- Experience in risk management and identifying potential risks
- Excellent in Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Alternate), Sunday and Public Holidays
