Job Requirements

Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical) or Building Services, Quantity Surveying.
Min 4 years related experience in Contract Management, Cost Estimate, Cost Control, Progress Payment
Submissions and Claims in MEP.
Strong ability in problem solving and organizing skills are desirable.
Excellent team building interpersonal and negotiating skills.
Effective problem-solving skills with good communication and written skills.
Able to work under pressure and long working hours.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and evaluate cost estimates, assess risks and contract issues to arrive at final cost.
Evaluate, review of tender drawings, documents for discrepancies, additional BOQ items/scope and incorporating within the tender offer, liaise with consultant regarding ambiguities contract work scope and seek clarifications there to.
Liaise with vendor and sub-contractors for quotations
Preparing bills of quantities by means of coordinating with all related parties (Design, Procurement and Finance), assisting in costing, pricing and analysis of direct and indirect cost for the BOQ items.
Visit site as and when required to take measurements and monitor progress.
Check and review the site materials usage and compare them with the approved Bill of Quantity (BOQ).
Analyze and recommend subcontract payments based on actual progress and valuing completed work and issuing payments requests to finance.
Submit and negotiate contract variations, additional works and maintenance orders.
Update the quantity and price on the MRF (Material Requisition Form), by contacting the project team.
Plan for management decision including provide advice on financial matters to subcontract payments, variations and claims till contract closeout
Oversees and manage financial and contractual issues for the projects from pre-tender to post contract phrases.
Handle, manage and represent company in negotiation and dispute resolution.

Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
